Etisalat to 9mobile is like Frying pan to ? Fire. You recharge and they will still your 100% percent of any amount you recharge and they give you stupid bonuses that is as useless as the so called 9mobile that can’t be use subscription. The most annoying thing I’d that you can’t even reach out to their customer care agent. Anyone wanting to switch to 9mobile should have a rethink as it now fraud network.

I subscribed to the Flexi Bundle, which is suppose to be for 7 days according to the company law. Now I was alerted that my subscription was to expire on the 4th which was yesterday morning, but I recharged my account on the 3rd, and the old balance was added to the new.
To my surprise, I was alerted on the same 4th that my flexi bundle has expired and the old balance deducted and taken by 9mobile. Why???
