Facebook hacked with domain STOLEN – WhatsApp, Instagram temporarily shutdown


Facebook domain has been stolen, WhatsApp and Instagram all went down at 5pm today 4th of October 2021.

Details of the hack is not yet known, but all surely is not well.

Who hacked Facebook and stole domain?

Okay, this is a tough ask, but what we can tell you is that the special Facebook domain is currently available for purchase.

How this happened still remains a mystery. Well just like the Twitter hack, this one is sure to get unraveled soon.

There has been a widely reported inability to access the services since Monday afternoon after a yet to be identified hacker nuked the DNS A; an address file that holds an IP address of the domain name and AAA records for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

The main domain of Facebook company: Facebook.com is now available for purchase.

Details of the hack are yet to unravel.

WhatsApp temporarily shutdown?

WHat could have happened to our very own dear WhatsApp. Like all of a sudden, we all can’t use the platform.

Not just for minutes, but over four hours. AND STILL COUNTING.

Okay, let’s call it a FULL SHUTDOWN.

Earlier the company had tweeted about WhatsApp, saying, “We’re aware that some people are experiencing issues with WhatsApp at the moment. We’re working to get things back to normal and will send an update here as soon as possible.”
